When you begin a Capital LifeWorks program, you are making an investment in your life. Few investments you can ever make will have the same potential for payoff.  The value of the results you will achieve will greatly exceed the cost of your sessions, and the progress you make through coaching will influence your life for decades to come.  

Personal Client Sessions

During your free, confidential consultation with Ms. Ferrone, you will both determine if and how she can be of service to you and what program or course of action will best fit your needs and your objectives. The terms of your agreement, including those for scheduling and payment of fees, will be set forth in a Statement of Policies and Procedures that you will both sign prior to your first coaching session. 

Fees for personal sessions are based on a rate of $95.00 for a 50-minute session. You can purchase single 50-minute or 30-minute sessions ($57.00) on a pay-as-you-go basis, or you can choose one of the following discounted package options and pay the total fee in installments: 

12 sessions (50 minutes each) – $800.00

  8  sessions (50 minutes each) – $550.00

   6 sessions (50 minutes each) – $450.00

A sliding-scale fee that includes specific terms and conditions can be arranged for anyone experiencing financial difficulties.

There are no hidden charges and all fees include time Ms. Ferrone spends on pre and post-session work; any coaching materials or resources she provides you; and any research she might conduct on your behalf.  

Clients can communicate with Ms. Ferrone in between sessions via short telephone calls or email.

Personal coaching sessions are conducted by phone in order to allow you greater scheduling flexibility.  However, Ms. Ferrone conducts at least one face-to-face meeting with all clients living in the Washington, DC area.

All coaching sessions, initial consultations, and client files are strictly confidential in accordance with the confidentiality and ethics regulations established by the International Coach Federation.

Group Sessions

Fees for group coaching sessions or for conducting discussion groups or workshops vary in relation to type and size of event; pre-session preparation time; and the cost of materials.
